In addition to the services above, our DJ Services always include:

-Beat Box Entertainment, Beat Box DJ Pros, LLC and Beat Box Entertainment, LLC are one in the same for this contract

-If paying by Credit Card, please add 3% processing fee!

 

DJ services for Weddings:

-We expect active participation in the preplanning process; Customer must be able to do planning process by Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, or in Person

-    Basic dance floor lighting to fill the dance floor (not needed for day events)

-    All taxes, travel, insurance & expenses

-    Downloading any music needed if we don't already have

-    Wireless microphones

-    Backup equipment always on hand (but almost never needed)

-    Collaboration with other vendors to ensure a smooth event

-    Wearing a suit & tie for weddings, collared shirts & presentable attire for events

-    Helpful planning tools & All planning meetings

-    A lapel mic for the pastor & handheld mic/stand for readers, if adding services for ceremony

-    Ceremony services are quoted as being at same location as reception.

-    The ability to add services (uplighting/wedding ceremony/photo booth/image projection) based on availability

 

DJ services for Events/Parties:

Basic dance floor lighting to fill the dance floor (not needed for day events)

-    All taxes, travel, insurance & expenses

-    Downloading any music needed if we don't already have

-    Wireless microphones

-    Khakis and polo shirt will be worn; Or something similiar

-    One consultation meeting

-    The ability to add services (uplighting/photo booth/image projection) based on availability

 

-For Image projection, files must be 1280 X 1080 for best resolution; You can project on walls, floors, and ceilings. The brightness of image projection depends on lighting of the venue. The image shows better the darker the room is.

 

Our 360 Photo Booth Services include:

-Link to all the videos after the event

-You choose the back ground music of your choice

-An attendant to help run the 360

 

Our Photo Booth Services include:

-Link to a website with all the photos from the event

-Your choice of certain background colors

-Upgraded package includes scrap book, attendant, and physical props

 

Our Photography Services include:

-First Look photos within 1 weeks of event

-All Photos within 12 weeks of event
